A small town run by two things - its quaint gorgeous scenery and its two rival schools. Well, that might be three things. Astoria High, the local public school holds their unbarred grudges against the preppy school kids who attend the most distinguished academy this side of the west coast - Lemuria Institute for the Gifted... the magically gifted, that is.
But the non-magic folk around Lemuria don't need to know that, do they?
