Guys. GUYS.
I'm working on the first site-wide plot! It'll be announced by Trending Topic in the twitter board--but it's open to anyone who wants to play, not just characters with Twitter accounts! The starting portion is going to be my secret game master surprise, but I think it'll be fun! And I'm going to leave the aftermath up to your guys; I want this to be very player driven, so I'll mostly be doing big overarching plots that I think will be important for driving the main plot occasionally, or orchestrating the plots that you come up with (with or without me! but if you need me to approve or fine-tune things, then you can always PM or IM me! ♥) So once that initial plot thing is out of the way, I'll open up a follow-up thread for coming up with reaction plots for your member groups, or for your individual characters, or whatever.
But right now, I wanna hear some ideas you all have about what you'd like to see happen! If you get at the plot I have planned, I won't give it away (i hope), but I will take into account what you mention. So let me hear your ideas! What would you like to see me throw at you? What do you want to do with your own characters? Even a little idea could be something cool, so come at me, bros. ;D

Maybe its because I really like conflict on an epic scale, but as far as plot I'm thinking an all out three-way war between Enforcers, Resistors and Suppressors that eventually leads to a fourth group surfacing: a group of Supernaturals who want to neutralize any non-supe citizens.
I know that, with Sean being an Enforcer, he'll be pretty flexible when it comes down to any plot events coming down. Whether he's assigned or not, he always finds his way to the fight, lol.
Besides all that, for like little side things to do, it'd be pretty interesting to see something trickle down to neutralizers capturing Supes off the streets and out there homes to do creepy experiments on them in order to develop new ways to kill them faster.
Well its something to consider I suppose. That'd give everyone something to do; start a random thread about Neutralizers trying to capture them and they have to fight them off.
Lemme know what you think and I cant wait until the plot gets released :D

Yes that kind of war is what I have in mind for the ultimate plot! I'm just hoping that you guys can be a good pushing force behind it, you see!
I think that sounds good! I'm kind of a sucker for like. Snatch-em-up and disappearing plots, so if anyone wants to get involved in that, yes, go for it!

UPCOMING PLOT STUFF!
With Cornelius' Smoking Room, I wanted to introduce the first site-wide conflict, and really make the neutralizers a present force. And I think in that vein, I'd really like to start seeing characters who are a part of the neutralizers! Or at least I'd love if people would be willing to play NPCs in some shoot-off threads surrounding the Smoking Room posts. And if any of you want to have your own individual threads with neutralizers, or want to put together plots involving them and your characters, let me know! I can play NPCs if you need me toooooo! ♥
So if any of you have any ideas for a wide-spread plot event, or a special event, then let me know! Post it here!
Also, I want to reiterate: Cornelius' Smoking Room is not the only place that you have to include neutralizers! You'll be totally free to post in the Smoking Room main thread that I start, or have your own thread in the Smoking Room event (but please do include what's going on around your characters based on the main thread!), or you can just have threads with each other elsewhere that is a periphery of what's happening in the special event!
So I'm looking for suggestions for what you guys want to see! This game is just as much about you as it is my ideas, so let me know, and we'll work on making them happen!

I'm wit it. Imma check out the Smoking Room thread in a sec, but if anybody wants to act out a scene involving Neutralizers just hit me up via PM and I gotchu. We can talk about how it'll go, then play it out and see what happens. As for main plots, we'll get some ideas flowing soon as soon as more people come back and/or post on here and see what we can do.

I read over the thread, and it inspiiiiiired meeeeeee~ I wanna make a smexy dragon boy, have him maybe work as the DJ in the Smoking Room. He'd be 17-18ish, maybe 19, but he wouldn't be a naughty little underaged drinker. I'll go home and see if my keyboard's up to it, the make 'im up! ^^ This is gonna be a fuuuun event

Yes, Sean, I encourage this with every fiber of my being! If anyone else wants to play Neutralizer NPCs in threads, or who wants to make a character, go for it! I'll be happy to work out plot ideas for anyone who's interested. ♥
Mika, I'm...glad you were inspired, but I'm not really sure what a DJ Dragon has to do with the main plot? I mean, if you've got something planned, that's great! But I was hoping this thread would be more for bringing up how the site-wide plot will be affected and how we're going to make stuff happen!

Right, I got that, but I'm not sure what a passing mention of a dragon and then turning it into the club's DJ has to do with anything? Like, it was legit just an unimportant line that I threw in on a whim (kind of actually with my own dragon in mind but whatever the more the merrier!), so I'm just not sure what it has to do with the plot I'm trying to get running. I get that there was a brief mention of a dragon. But what does it have to do with a gang of neutralizers scoping out the Smoking Room? I mean, if you're posting about wanting to make a dragon in this thread, I would assume that he's going to play a bigger role in it all than just hitting play on his iTunes playlist and lining up tracks based on requests or whatever, which is the whole point of this being for plot ideas, and not...character ideas.
So anyway, let's get the thread back on track. I'm happy to talk about making neutralizer characters, how to bring in conflict in this particular special event, how to bring in conflict in surrounding areas with other neutralizers, anything like that, but I really want to keep this dedicated to the plot, and how we can take characters and use them to really make the plot happen.

News in Philadelphia: twenty murders in fifteen days. Though this happened in the new year, and this roleplay is still in 2011 at the moment, i was wondering if this could be twisted to fit the plot? Like Neutralizers killing Resistors and innocent Followers, which might spark retaliation from Supes and knowing citizens alike? Just saying...

Oh gosh, yes! That sounds really good! Yes, that's definitely something that we can twist to fit. Neutralizers are specifically against both resistors and followers; they just want to smash the supe population to pieces, so that def. works!
Does anyone have any preference as to whether they would like this to be a behind the scenes kind of thing, or would you guys like it to be drawn out into a special event? I could go either way, and both kind of have their pros and cons! So what do you guys think?

Behind the scenes is how I like to RP, I guess you could say. Nothing like feeling like the main character in little side plots while staying an enigma to those involved in the main story line ^_^ You can count on Sean getting ready to find out what's going on ad busting some Neutralizer heads lol.
If I think of anything to add I'll post here. Feels good to see the gears turning on this site XD
